Pension Center Stalling

I worked for 20 years for Continental Cablevision and Comcast has repeatedly advised me that my pension is secure and has provided payout numbers. Now, when it is time to collect, I can't get a straight answer from them after having requested my payout package. On January 30th I was told a FedEx package would be in my hands by February 3rd. My latest call revealed they have no idea when the package will be available.
