Ripoff credit card (debt) every month

Simple escapes2 has wrongfully been taking $14.95 from my visa debt card every month for six months, i have never gave them permission to do that, the only place that could have gave them my card number is classmates.com and haband.com, i am living alone and on disability and can't afford to be taking that out every month
