On July 21, I discovered an authorized transaction by Onlinepublicart.com on my banking statement. They had debited $17.44 from my account. I contacted my bank right away and found there was no contact information for the company in regards to the debit. I attempted to find them on the internet with no luck. I had to close my debit card. What a huge hassle.
