I confirmed enrollment per phone after being told I could cancel upon receiving & reading the information packet. After receiving the packet I cancelled my membership & unsubscribed to their emails. It wasn't until January that I realized I was still being charged by them for no services. I contacted my credit card, they called them and were told I had not cancelled (untrue). I have called TLG again today & cancelled a second time. We'll see if they really cancel it this time.
