My poor mother signed up for a "free" trial for two products, in itself false advertising as she had to pay postage.
28 days later the company took £74.95, fortunately she gets me to check her account online regularly and we picked up on it straight away as she is a widow on a pension and also with debt problems so under the CCCS. I have tried to contact the company and her bank to get a refund and wont rest until I do. The small print about them taking £74.95 or £79.99 each and every month is in tiny print compared to the massive brightly coloured button begging you to continue on.
