I purchased and installed about 1000SqFt. Of African Mahogani hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators' Sacramento Store. About 6 months later some problems and damages appeared (corners of several boards started to raise above the level of the floor). I reported the problem to the store. My complain was passed on to the head quarter. The head quarterasked me to fill out and submit a general disclosure statement along with pictures of the damages. The companyassigend a customer relation specialist (Denise, PH 800-366-4204 EXT 7526, [email protected]). She has been promissing me to take care of my complaint. Unfortunately 2.5 months passed and no action has been taken by the company. Please advise me of my rights and the proper legal procedure. Thank you very much.
