Ripoff - charged my credit card twice! I called bank and they are disputing it. Df

My Citibank card has been charged twice - 0nce a month. It was unauthorized and very scary! I have a dispute filed with my credit card company. If it happens again I have to close my acocunt and get a new one. PLEASE catch these people! I know this is minor compared to what some people have gone through.
