In checking my most recent credit card statement, I noticed a charge for $10.66 by www.ONLINEPUBLICART.com MEXICO DF. It was posted on June 8. The company name was not familiar at all to me.
I tried to find www.onlinepublicart.com but such a web site does not appear to exist (or it is "down, " temporarily or otherwise). I did a Google search on sites containing the words "www.ONLINEPUBLICART.com" and found this consumer complaints site. I see that a number of other people have also been ripped off by this company.
I have already notified my my credit card company. They have closed my account and will issue me new credit cards. This company or individual is getting away with hundreds or thousands of these small charges which most of the people will not ever catch because of the small amount.
