I purchased via internet 1 Nutraslim and 1 Quickdetox tablets advertised as special offer 5.99 each, not realising that the full price would be incurred if the remaining pills were not returned within a certain time. This was not at all well advertised on the site. When I noticed that they had taken 2x49.99 from my account I emailed them for an explaination, they explained but then offered to issue a special refund number that I was to write on the outside of the returned package, which I did along with yet another bottle that they had sent & charged me full price for. I cancelled my debit card and still they refund did not appear. After several emails they stopped replying to me, no refund has ever appeared plus they have now had the product back, so I have nothing.
