I bought two facial creams/serum advertised for £2.97 and £2.95 respectively and paid online by visa debit. The sums above were taken from my account on 03/01.
Then on 27/01 and 30/01 the company took a further £79.99 and £74.99 from my bank account, with no correspondence from me to them, or to me from them. I have tried phoning the telephone number, but just get an amercian sounding voice advising me to hold on for the next available operator. I gave up after 10 minutes -knowing that the call too might be costing me a fortune. I have cancelled my card, through my bank, but how do i get my money back?
