I finally had a chance to ask my wife why we were getting 19.95 monthly fees. She didn't know why, so we called the 888 number on the credit card bill and asked what we were paying for. We could not get an explanation for the charges. We asked for our money back, which is a monthly charge for 7 months before we caught it. We did not sign up and we have no idea what we were suppose to be receiving for the fees. But they were only willing to refund one month. I did see this one month credit on my card, but my wife says she has been reading up on this scam and claims they have started up the fees again on others who have been down this scam road. They mentioned that we must have signed up using Travelociy. No more Travelocity for me folks.
