I ordered their "free" sample of LeaSpa cleanser and LeanSpa Weight loss System on 1/25. There were shipping charges of $ 4.95 and 3.95.
By February 6, I was convinced it was a worthless product and I cancelled on line. I was given a cancellation number. They shipped more of both products on 2/7 and 2/9 despite my cancellation and charged my creditcard $79.99 twice. Attempts to reach a customer service representative via their 888 number were unsuccessful. I was on hold - listening to their music - for 10,19 and 20
minutes.
Two new charges by LeanSpa of $79.99 each showed up on my credit card on 03/05.
I have contacted the credit card Co, which said they will cancel these charges. I am disgusted with the amount of time and energy I have spend to resolve these unwarranted charges.in my estimation this company is a bad ripoff.
