I signed up for the free trial. Two days after I received the product I called to cancel my account. Just to be double sure I also cancelled online. They are telling me they have no record of my cancellation and therefore I am not entitled to a refund because I did not cancel within the 30 days. I filed a complaint with the Denver BBB. The customer complaint department at Bella Brite insists that I did not cancel my account.
