Got a letter in the mail saying if I paid $20.00 they would release me a check for $898,899.00 It states in Bold Capital letters that ALL CASH PRIZES MUST BE PAID. This is MANDATED and GURANTEED by local, state, and federal laws. I sent in my $20 and have not recieved my money
