I ordered the trial but about a couple hrs later I saw that if you didn't cancel your subscription you would get charged £69.95 per month. Three days after subscribing to this I wrote a letter to:-

Saying that I was unsubsribing I also rang the number which was in USA and no one there just a voice message. I sent this letter by recorded sign delivery and they signed for this letter well in the 12 day trial period.
I still had not had the order by this time. They took £69.95 out of my account and I sent a further letter saying I had unsubscribed before there 12 days trial period. I got the order and returned it unopened to the above UK address which says you can do in the terms and agreement. I enclosed a another letter (3rd letter now) with copies of the other letters and said I wanted a refund to my account and that they had 12 days to do this from date on letter as that is the time I had in there terms nand sent it again by recorded sign delivery and they signed for it as I have tracked it with the tracking reference from Post office.
I sort advice from my bank and was told to wait to see if they tried to take a further £69.95 from my account then if they did I would have to go back to my bank with all my evidence and they would pass it in to the banks Fraud dept.
They have a couple of days ago took another £69.95 from my account. I went to my bank (LLOYDTSB) this morning and they where brilliant and funny enough they pretty knew the name of the company before I even mentioned it. They phone the Fraud dept and they are going to get me back my 2x £69.95 which makes me very happy. I said I was going to cancell my debit card and get a new one thinking that they wouldn't be able to access my account BUT apparently they still can even if you have a new card.
I like everybody don't like to think I would get scammed but I did and that is why I am writing this as I don't want anyone else to go through this as it has been very stressfull.
The best advice for the UK people who are or have been scammed keep all evidence of letters, send letters record signed for then you have proof and can track. Photocopy everything, keep all packaging from trial order and go and see your bank as it has worked out ok for me as I the bank is going to get my money back.
I hope this will help others that just don't know how to stop it.
