I had ordered a free trial of Slimvida and was only paying the postage, when the product came a letter stated they would be taking money out of my account every month!!! I contacted my bank who then said I had to contact the credit/debit card despute dept. The dept knew what company I was talking about and they were really helpful, they have said that Slimvida will take money from my acc (as this is what they do) but the bank will refund it within 3 days. I sent the trial back recorded del and was able to see on line it had been signed for which was good. I enclosed my name and add also stating I did not want any more products and if any sent they would be returned. I was so worried but 'Halifax' were great. I would urge you to see the bank and just keep an eye on your acc. I googled Slimvida and just sent e-mails saying i want my acc canx but I could not contact them by phone!!! My bank were so good and they knew that the number was a fake one! Plaese dont worry but seek advice from your bank ASAP. Good luck.
