I have already submitted a report for the products - quot;Liposum", and
Biosomatic".in addition, I believe like another consumer stated that Total Body Wellness is trading under different names. I have sent an email to the bbb, in USA, which is more or less the same as Trading standards here in the uk. They have been in touch with the company in q, and are trying to resolve this matter for me. TBW, are now saying that if I am to send product back, I shall get a full refund, but I have replied back to find out about the "Biosomatic" product to see if there is a link with the same company. Perhaps if we were all to get in touch with the bbb, and complain, they will take this matter seriously, and we can all get our money back! The company wont like the publicity, as this will go against them. Good Luck to all!
