I too have been stupid enough to have been caught by this malicious scam. I ordered a "sample" on 2 July for £2.95 and, when this affected the skin under my eyes, tried to cancel on 17 July - well within the so-called 21-day cancellation period. I've contacted the company 4 times by e-mail now and have received no responses - nor have I received any products. This was NOT a direct debit nor standing order, but the company held my debit card details (extremely dangerous) and has now withdrawn 2 separate payments of £59.69 £1.50 overseas transaction (Pure Collagen, US) and £88.00 (TotalBodyWell, UK). Today, I've had to cancel my debit card in an attempt to ensure they get no more of my hard-earned cash. I will be contacting Trading Standards, Watchdog and my bank's Visa Disputes Department but have been warned I may never see my money again. Avoid at all costs!!!
