I ordered 2 pairs of ugg boots and only received one pair of ugg boots and also been over charged £13.50 more

I have been emailing the company but they said they can, t find my account details
I can, t access the uggsaleukstore.org. Uk to get anything back.
I have learn my lessons not to shop onlines
Poor scam
It, s put me off from buying from the net
