Saw the advert on the web for a trial of the two creams. Trial price was 2 x £2.95 postage only and can cancel after 30 days. £74.95 was taken out my bank as a - p o s transaction before 30 days elapsed. I found it difficult to contact the supplier to cancel after receipt of the samples.
I am an old age pensioner and cannot aford to have this amount of money taken out of my account
please help me to get my money back
