They claim it takes 3 weeks to receive it, I never received it, I cancelled it, and they billed me anyway as they can't find it. But they are willing to give me a 50 % per cent refund only. Not good enough. IT doesn't take 3 weeks, and it is fraud when they have billed your visa and not received the product. I urge everyone to contact their credit card company and demand that the company be investigated.
