EBay
Large International Envelope Shipping Charged $4.56 vs $3.31 USPS Rate

Ebay is charging $4.56 for 3 oz large international envelope. The USPS rate is $3.31. Before January 23 we were paying $3.26 to mail our envelopes. Since the postal rate change they are charging $4.56. I have spoken to the USPS, PayPal and they said that ebay needs to fix their calculations.
