Got a letter from capital management services, lp saying that they were engaged by worldwide asset purchasing my delinquent debt of 276.00. I called them and they said it was from a payday loan I took out. I told them I never had a payday loan this is not my bill. They said they needed me to send them a letter stating this. And I am contacting you instead.
