I was checking my bank account online and saw there was a charge of $24.95. I called the toll free number. They told me I wasn't in the system at all. Not by my name, phone number, zip code, or even the cc number. How does this happen! It was not until I said that I needed to talk to someone higher up that she said that she will submit a form to the corporate office for investigation. She said it will be taken care of within 2-3 days. We'll see.
