I was falsely charged for something I didn't agree to. I spoke with Anita Howell, a sales executive, S.F. Canterbury Resort. I told her
she never explained what I had signed involved paying the amount of $48,000 for if I had known I wouldn't have signed, adding I was not crazy doing so. She said it was too late and could not help me.
I wrote a long letter to the CEO explaining in detail what happened.
The letter was e-mailed to a supervisor who stated he'd forwarded. I also spoke with a Senior Supervisor who for all purposes is always busy and keeps calling too early in the morning while she is Florida. I'm 86 years old and naturally at that time is too early for me to be alert of mind. I've repeatedly phoned her leaving messages to call me anytime after 10am. She still calling too early in the morning.
I guess the lady is quite busy with other complaints. I need your help to clarify this false representation that I DID NOT agree to pay $48,000, not for one moment. Being 86 yrs. Old and bad health I'm
not planning any trips. I'd be glad to e-mail the long CEO's letter.
