I am in the military and on my deployment I started the automatic payment plan so that my payments weren't delayed and I wouldn't be charged a late fee. My payments were either early or on time and I got charged the 39.00 "LATE" fee for it on numerous occasions. How could you be charged a late fee or paying early. I asked for refunds on all occasions but none was given. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but no one was available but an answering machine and no replies. This company receives millions of dollars in finance charges and Interest and payments and late fees when they are actually late. They also want to charge someone a late fee for paying early. I thought paying early and on time was a good thing. I guess not for this company unless they don't know how math very well.
