I am a pensioner & these people have taken £74.95 out of my bank account. I was doing this a gift for someone, as it was a trial offer I thought I could buy it for them if they liked it as a birthday present. I have contacted my bank who have told me that as I used my bank card they can't do anything except cancel my card which makes thing difficult for me as I am disabled & use my card for all my shopping. I am really distressed over this.
