2 7" notebooks were purchased on my behalf for my 2 kids. They dont work. I've been calling eglobal since Dec 26th to get an explanation of the return policy because 2 yr warranties were purchased in addition to rush shipping. My kid typed her school work on there and now cant even print the work from the unit! I want to know what actions can be taken against this company for damages..
