Bought Microsft Office Professional 2010 Plus 32bit and was sent Microsoft Office Proferssional 2010 only 64/82bit. I cannot open or use and noone is answering and their live chat does not work nor are they sending emails back. What can I do? Any suggestions on getting money back?
