I bought the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 32 bit. What I received was Microsoft Office Professional 2010 64/82bit which doesn't even open and I cannot use. They are not responding to emails and their live chat conveniently does not work... What can I do about a getting money back? Any suggestions?
