It happens maybe once a month, but when it does, I have a hard time keeping my trash load down. I have to store bags outside until the next week and sometimes this leads to strange animals breaking into the bags, making a mess all over the lawn. It can be aggravating. When he does come sometimes he leaves the trash lying in the road for other cars to hit. When I call on the phone the girl on the other end says they wlll come back. And they do. But it is a week later.
