Sales Executive Cheating

I Purchase a Meruti Seweft VDI from Prem Motors Jaipur in this Meruti Car Finance by Magma Fincorp Limited Jaipur. This finance executive Mrs. Susile have cheating me by saying that one EMI pay in advance and i pay one EMI 10,320/ RS. This cheating i know. I asked him that my finance welcome letter give me but he not give me.
