I bought a wagnor car that financed by magma fincorp ltd. When i go to pay my Emi in alwar magma office. Then cashier refuse to take it bcoz 50 and 10 rupess nots are include in this amount. His behavior was very rude. He was using abusive languages and trying to physical attack. He refuse to deposit the EMI. He refuses to tell his name and employee no. This is not a manner of employee working in a reputed company. Customer can expect atleast good behavior. This whole incident creats mentelly harresment and inconvienance. Please assure to keep better services for customers in alwar rajasthan branch. I hope that action will posed regarding this.
