I ordered the American Dreams box set (season 1-3) which has never arrived. The order has remained on 'pending' the whole time. Money has been taken out of my account with no product! I have emailed them numerous times without response and there is no phone number to contact them. I am extremely pissed off and want my box set or the money returned in FULL!
