I did not receive the report until 2 weeks after they billed and collected my monies and when i tried to cancel by calling and notifying by registerred mail i did not get thru by phone and they havent responded my registerred mail althou it was deliverred on 6th of jan They said in the correspondence that i could cancel if not satisfied but did not receive booklet until after monies were taken. I sendt all the deliverys after the first back by return to sender. The first was sendt back by registerred mail with a receive notification that they signed for. I feel unsatisfied and have been scammed out of the $99. They said they would return to me i notified my cc and cancelled all charges after that can i file with the better business bureau?
