I paid to have flowers delivered to my Grandmother in the hospital. The online form asked for address and room/bed information, along with the recipient's information, which I entered completely. Two days later, when my Grandmother was well enough to speak on the phone, I learned that she never received the flowers. I immediately contacted the "customer service" department at Justflowers.com and they said they had confirmed with the local delivering florist that the flowers were delivered to the front desk of the hospital and took no responsibility for the flowers actually being delivered to my Grandmother. This was not expressed in any way on their website. They refused to deliver or to refund my money! Thieves!!!
