I ordered a free trial via the internet and paid the postage, which was more than they said, and I received my trial packs. I was checking my bank account online and to my horror on 19/01 leancleanse8669429 had taken out £57.95. I went to my bank and they said theycouldn't do anything until I emailed the company. I did this straightaway but have heard nothing. Then to my amazement I noticed today they have taken another £57.11. I haven't given authorisation for these debits an dcannot afford them as I am on incapacity benefit. Please help.
