First thing in the morning I check my e-mails, but a Norton Like Screen stating that a new version of XP Internet Security 2012 was available and that my computer was not protected. They gave me an option to purchase it or not, but when I clicked on the "not purchase", it wouldn't allow me to get out of the screen. I couldn't go online. I couldn't access my e-mail. I couldn't get rid of the darn thing. So I clicked on purchased and it took me to their web site immediately. I purchased the life time guarantee just to get rid of them and get my money back later. After purchasing it, I was able to go back online and do normal things. The first thing I did was check them out and found out they were a scam. However, because I purchased it with a Pay Pal Account, I can't get my money back. I like Pay Pal, but try to communicate with them is another story. Most of them don't speak English, and they want me to submit a transaction ID Number from the transaction and none exists. They say contact them first, but they are a scam and can't be connected, so I'm out $79.95. I feel violated and angry that I allowed myself to do this. But I needed to check my e-mail as I am a Realtor and need my computer to do business.
