My original complaint (8/1) was that £74 had been removed from my account just 6 days after receiving the samples on 22nd. December. I have just discovered that a further £51 was taken on 5th. January - just 7 days later. I have received no goods, apart from the samples, and my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessfu. I wrote to them, by special delivery, on 7th. January cancelling all contact with them and insisting they removed no further monies from my account. I will be surprised if it has any effect.
The most worrying thing about this whole matter is that my Bank inform me that they are unable to prevent money being taken from my account by these thieves. I paid using a Debit Card which doesn't have the same level of protection as a Credit Card apparently.
The product is rubbish anyway, so contravention of the Trades Description Act should be added to their list of crimes.
