Firstly the product did not do what it was supposed to, false advert
I cancelled after receiving the sample products.
The company Revitalize Health & beauty still continued to take money out of my account on 14/10 £79.15 24/10 £79.86 4/11 £79.15 10/11 £79.86
I had sent a registered letter cancelling the product, I have phoned several times, you get no satisfaction as its a call centre. I told them I had cancelled after receiving the samples, they claim they have sent me further products, NOTHING has been received, if it had arrived I would have sent it back.
The advert was a very good one, but completely false, is there any way to get the money refunded?
