On 13th. December I ordered Perfect Radiance samples on line, cost £5.95. Which I paid for using my Visa card. I decided that I didn't particularly like the product and tried to contact the company, without success. I was under the impression that no money would be taken from my account, after the initial £5.95, for some time, and then only if I hadn't told them that I didn't want any further supplies. To my annoyance I found that they had taken £74 on 28th. December, just 11 days after despatching the samples. This was not what I understood from their website.
I am still trying to contact them and have now written, sending the letter by recorded delivery.
This is a scam and should be stopped.
