I ordered the trial sample in December. It wasn't on their website and nowhere on the site did it say that I was signing up for anything. I received the trial sample for which I paid p/p. I checked my bank statement the other day to find that they had taken 2 payments of £69.95 in January alone. I didn't recognise the name so rang my bank to explained what it was and gave me a tel number - which is in America!!! Although they have an office in the UK. I rang the number and explained to the lady there that I did not ask for a continued supply and that I had only asked for the trial sample. I cannot afford to lose £140 in one month as I'm a pensioner. I explained this to her and she insisted that because I had not cancelled the agreement they would not give me a refund. I have since tried to contact them and realised that they are in the states and not the UK. This is a total and utter con. I would never, ever have signed up for a full course and especially as I wasn't even aware that they were charging £69.95 per month for this product. I have written to them explaining that I wasn't aware of agreeing to anything as the area I applied for the sample did not say that I was entering into a contract. I'm really upset at this and I have tried to cancel but I'm not sure that they are actually listening.in the end if I lose £140 to get rid of these nasty people then so be it. People need warning of this.
