Ripoff

I was told that I Will recieved a credit card in the mail I recieved a financial book, and a CD. I also was told that I had only three to four days to look at this package. They told me I can't recieve a refund. They are full of Sh*t, I have not had this package but 13 DAYS. They told me that this was in the contract.
