I was offered a credit card and other sevices by Gotec Financial. When I received the materials sent to me, I then realized it was not what I wanted and I called to get a refund.
Everytime I called I got the run around and I even reported them to the BBB and to my local TV station.
A man (I will not say who) talked with us on the phone after getting my letter on May 15th and told me that my refund would be taken care of on May 19th. Since then no refund.
I emailed them and told them that and Gotec still has not followed through on its promise. I am still very angry with this company and they are a fraud. Someone needs to investigate them a find out who has our money?
