I believing I was signing up to be a user to ultimately bid on products auctioned, I was charged $99.00. There was not a quote of cost until after signup, and charge automatically went through. Generally, most online purchase show you up front the fees to be charged PRIOR to deducting $ from card, this was not the case. I looked back and saw that there are package options to the left of sign in info. They have circles to fill in for the one you choose (very very small). The first few are empty as if to be filled in when ready to select. Then, I see, down the list, that Z Biddy has already filled in the so-called Best Bargain/Package... You guessed it, the $99.00 package. So, when you sign in you are automatically charged for that package. Immediately called my bank, now have process to go through (possibly 3 months until/if corrected/credited). Then I called Z biddy's Customer Support, which stated they are not available at the time, but do NOT give times available. Hopeful that the fact it is Sat. 7:30am, is reason and they will answer later, or at the latest, Monday morning. LOL! Doubtful. Be careful. Please, tell me if you were successful in getting $ back, card credited and how to accomplish in shortest time. Thanks!
