Dr Michael Garner Phd and CEO/Chairman Of The Board for Florida Association of Health Plans master mind a plan while caring for his terminaly ill sister so her children one who wich is disabled would not receive any of there mothers assets. He lied to Mr. Fairchild from Fairchild Funeral Home when his sister passed away that the next of kin (Her 2 children) were minors and that why he was claiming all the remains. This is just a small part of the evil things the person has done to these children. To this day they still have not gotten there personal belonging... Clothes, toys etc... Because Dr Michael Garner stole them so these children would not get what they deserve and are in titled to. He also was part of the plan to withdraw almost $20,000 from his sisters bank account so these children would not get a dime. This man is the devil and will pay for what he has done very soon in a court of law.
