We bought what was supposed to be a Dancing Eric doll from this business on Amazon. We were shipped an item that could fit in the palm of my hand and was no larger than my index finger... Basically a one dollar toy at best. We still have the small manilla envelope that it came in and the toy. We called and told them of the mistake. They said that they couldn't credit the difference and to just send back the toy. After Christmas I sent it back to them with a delivery confirmation... They put on the package return to sender. I emailed her and asked her what was going on and she told me that we recieved the correct item and that we were now past 30 days and that we would not recieve a credit. The same toy is posted on Amazon right now for $6, which it isnt even worth... I sent her a picture to show her what we recieved but she obviously knows she is scamming us and now wont return my emails... Its just said that people have to resort to scamming people to make money. Not sure what to do... But I wont stop until I get my money back... This is over principal, not the money...
