Called bank this morning to make a payment and found out that money had been taken from my account without my approval. I was given this number to call (818) 380-5710, and after speaking to the party on the other end of the phone they took a message and stated that they would have someone call me back and get this resolved and return the money to my account asap. My nurse then came by and I told her what happen, she Googled this company and it is all scam that is stated online. She then called and spoke to Richie, he took her number down as well as mine and stated that we would get a call back and not to be on our phones to have an open line. Richie said that they would call back asap and have money deposited back in the account immediately. It is now 5:30 pst and we have not received a call from anyone. How convenient that this happened on a Friday and we cannot resolve this until MONDAY. I am not giving up and my nurse is taking me to the bank on Monday and pressing charges. She has called the Fresno PD. I am on a fixed income and could never have done this or ok'ed this ever to come out of my account.
