A woman representing / identifing herself as a Yelp employee (infro! Nt of my employee) Asks if I was the owner, I said yes. She says, "are you aware that you have some negative reviews"? I said yes, some of them up are not in order and they are old, we have like 30 filtered amazing reviews, why dont you put them up? I guess that made her mad -she says, "and you also don't pay our advertising fee. (3-400 a month) we can hide the bad ones". I said sorry there's no budget for it right now, I am still a start up. She said, the more you don't want pay us, we just keep them up. Then days weeks later I knowticed more bad reviews, from some we could not place or heard of? Recently I tried to update the web page, but there is NO deactivation, and now I cant log in. And theI filtered reveiw link has gonea missing. Contact Yelp-emails only and they may respond at random after a week or never! Do we have any rights? I am posting this report on my websight. Thank you
