Never filed any papers on my behalf and as soon as he (Maurice Sales) had my money all communication seized... His website was shut down on Jan. 18. His lame youtube clip is still on:

I encourage people who've been taken by this scumbag to report him to: www.ic3.com and put pressure on paypal as well since they refuse to refund my money
